The Blue Quill Community League (BQCL) has been a cornerstone of the Blue Quill neighborhood in Edmonton since its founding in 1979. With a rich history dating back to the creation of the subdivision in 1974, BQCL was established to address community issues such as vandalism, lack of green space, and the need for local recreational activities. Our community center, built in 1981, has been a hub for various events and gatherings.
